Canada Immigration Eligible Occupations for the Federal Skilled Worker Immigration
The New Canada Immigration Eligible Occupations for the Federal Skilled Worker Immigration Program that has been determined by the Canadian government is that in terms to be able to apply for Canada Federal Skilled Worker Immigration then you should have at least 1 year of experience in the last 10 years prior of submitting an application.
Also, the New Instructions for Canada Federal Skilled Worker specify that an an applicant should have gained this experience while working as a full time or (equivalent to part time) in a paid job. This experience should have been one of the new qualifying occupations.
If you qualify then you can apply for Canada permanent residence status and immigrate to Canada. If you become a permanent resident in Canada then you can Work in Canada in any job that you prefer without the need to obtain or apply for Canada Work Permit.
