Refund Policy
The user agrees that the fees paid are for services indicated in the appropriate section of our Initial Consultant Form or Retainer Agreement, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid in the following manner: If the we are physically unable to proceed in carrying out the agreed upon terms and conditions of our Initial Immigration Consultant Form or Retainer Agreement, then the refund will made by money wire transfer or credit card refund within 90 calendar days.
The user agrees that there shall be no refund for opening a file with Smartways To Canada when signing a Retainer Agreement with us. Furthermore, there will be no refund due if the user (after purchase) any product or services on our website did not provide Smartways To Canada’s with all documentations requested that proof his/her eligibility.
